NCAT (dubbed as iApply) is a web-based system that enables you to register online for the College Admission Test in the Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU).

Terms of Service. This is an addendum to the NVSU Official website's Terms of Use.

• You remain solely and legally responsible for the information that you will provide using the NVSU iApply (hereinafter referred also as “Service") and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this Service, the University and the developers with respect to any claim based upon any information you may make. NVSU also reserves the right to reveal whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any complaint that leads to the information you provided. Any false information that you will provide will lead to the cancellation of your application and/or may lead to legal action. Do not enter information or content that is obscene, vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, violating any law, or otherwise objectionable.
• Although all the information you will provide are not the responsibility of this Service and NVSU is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these information, you expressly give your consent to process your information and you agree that NVSU reserves the right to use and delete any information for any or no reason whatsoever. As such, you hereby agree and authorize NVSU to collect, use, process, store, update, and disclose all information - personal or otherwise - about yourself in relation to the use of this Service, its facilities or other information systems that you may avail now or in the future from NVSU. For this purpose, you hereby waive your rights as defined under applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws in the Philippines and other jurisdictions, including but not limited to, RA No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This Service, the University and its employees, and its developers will not be responsible for any data-loss arising from any situation including technical malfunction.
• In the Philippines, there is a recognized right of privacy in civil law and a model data protection code. As such, Websites are to obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are below 13, you must not use this Service.
• NVSU updates any component and/or content in its Websites and online services if it requires updating/editing without prior notice to you for any or no reason whatsoever.
• If you violate this Terms of Service, your information may be removed and will lead to the termination, without prior notice, of your application and everything associated with it, including your personal information.
• NVSU reserves all rights not expressly indicated in this Terms of Service.

By using NVSU iApply, you agree to these terms and conditions, have read, and understood the Privacy Statement, and confirm that the information you will provide to NVSU are true and correct, and does not violate any law of the Republic of the Philippines or any international law.
